Milton is central to lots of places. We are 15 minutes from coastlines, we are the gateway to Central Otago or The Catlins & Southern Scenic Route, 15min from Dunedin airport, 40 minutes to Dunedin. We are 5 minutes from the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail. We are in walking distance to our local supermarket, cafes and the centre of town. A self-contained 2-bedroom apartment on a shared property with all the amenities and plenty of space with a kitchen, laundry, lounge and off- street parking.

Our Self-Contained Apartment is fitted with modern furnishings, free WiFi and views across the ocean to the Nugget Point Lighthouse from the sliding doors. There is a private deck with a table and seating. The living area has a sofa, dining table and chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV. It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.

Our serviced units are set in true NZ 1960s vintage, featuring polished wooden floors, self-contained bathroom and kitchen. The unit has a balcony overlooking the native bush. Perfect for spotting the native bird life and taking in the peaceful surrounds. Many of the Catlins attractions are a short drive from Papatowai.
