With this apartment building we're trying to take an old building and give it a new feel. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, walking distance of capital city airport & a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU, this unit is located on the garden level and has been updated to reflect a clean, cozy, light design. This updated house in a quiet community is perfect for families. Designed with families in mind, this completely updated home includes 4 large bedrooms, 3 beautiful bathrooms, a basement playroom and an outdoor swing set. One of the bedrooms includes a queen bed on the floor and a twin size bed; this is generally our kids’ room.
