Close to all amenities, quiet, on the ground floor, this apartment is located in an old building steeped in history.

Let yourself be seduced by this charming 70m² cosy and cocooning house that can accommodate 4 people. Its renovation and decoration have been very neat so you can have a pleasant stay. The house has a large covered terrace with dining and relaxation areas, overlooking a 350m² enclosed garden. Close to all amenities. Close to the greenway that runs along the canal and takes you to the aqueduct bridge for beautiful walks. Small enclosed courtyard for storing your bikes.

Maison Le Garochet gîte Stable - hot tub pool

Cottage with pool and Nordic bath. This cottage was a stable completely transformed into a cottage. From the kitchen and dining room you have a view of the Arroux and Loire valleys. On the horizon, you can see the Massif Central. The cottage is located on a 4-hectare natural estate (Maison Le Garochet). You have access to the pool and Nordic bath (to share with our second cottage during the summer). In the area, many relaxation areas have been created.

In the heart of Iguerande, a village in Brionnais, a small wooded region dotted with Romanesque churches, our stone barn, renovated in 2020, occupies a quiet location. The bakery is 20 m away, the greenway is 50 m away and the Loire is 200 m away. You will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
