Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Village House Rental.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

Country apartment in the Baugeois style. Access to the apartments is on a completely separate floor from the house, access is via an external staircase. The accommodation includes a bedroom, a living room, a fridge, microwave and a bathroom. Note that there is NO hotplate.
