Hi! We're Robyn and Chen, a young, newly-wed couple full of life and energy. This listing with a private entrance helps us pay for our first home! Just four quiet blocks to the Washougal River and over 16 miles of gorgeous PNW trails. We both work from home so we have the best fiber internet available. We're pretty quiet except when we are in the attached stained glass studio or laughing together. We welcome everyone, LGBTQ, traveling nurses, or anyone who wants to explore the Portland area.

Walk/bike/train to everything you need! Easy to get around w/out a car but if you bring one there is plenty of free street parking right out front.

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.

Enjoy this quiet, roomy and well-located 1 bedroom apartment. You have a completely separate entrance, living room and kitchenette. Near to I-5 and I-205 with shopping, restaurants, parks & the Salmon Creek trail all within 1.5 miles. PDX airport is 20-25 minutes. Relax by the gas fireplace, watch Dish TV, BBQ on the grill or enjoy the shared backyard and the more private entry yard. The laundry is shared with the attached main house. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
