Take a step back in this newly renovated gîte with its own style. Gîte Loutre is located in the middle of the forest and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms overlook the river. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, a kettle and a washing machine. A barbecue is in front of the cottage Of course, the gite has WIFI. Your friendly four-legged friend is welcome (surcharge).

Welkom bij La Fondette! Wij zijn Marian en Sander. Op deze plek schakelt u een tandje terug in onze unieke, rustgevende chalet die in zijn geheel door u wordt bewoond (prive). De omgeving is prachtig en bevindt zich midden in de natuur. De ruimte is licht en heeft een mooi uitzicht waar u van kunt genieten. Wij zijn als een blok gevallen voor deze plek, kom het hier zelf beleven!! De herfst/winter is ook een mooie tijd hier. Ook puy de Sancy ligt op een uurtje rijden, het is daar ook prachtig

The small house

Maisonnette au calme dans un écrin de verdure à deux pas du Plateau de Millevaches. Idéal pour se ressourcer à la campagne, avis aux amateurs de marche et d'animaux de la nature. La maison dispose de 2 chambres (la première avec un lit 160x200, la deuxième avec 2 lits 90x200) d'une salle d'eau avec une douche, d'un espace séjour/salon avec cuisine ouverte et d'une véranda. Chauffage central via un poêle à granulés. Stationnement devant la maison. Attention : pas de lave-linge pour le moment.

Our family home, a typical 1896 Corrèze farmhouse, is located in the heart of the Milles Sources plateau. Refurbished, for our holidays we want to discover this little corner of France that is still wild. The hamlet of Neuvialle, both very quiet and vibrant because of its inhabitants, is the starting point for a multitude of hikes directly on foot from the house, through the coniferous forests, the heather moors, and the pastures where lambs graze.
