There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms overlook the river. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, a kettle and a washing machine. A barbecue is in front of the cottage Of course, the gite has WIFI. I welcome you on the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a 30 m² non-smoking accommodation unit with a kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room sleeps 3 people, with a double bed in 140 and a single bed, wifi and TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private at the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilets at the entrance of the house are in common.

The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to ensure everyone's peace and quiet. Refurbished, for our holidays we want to discover this little corner of France that is still wild. The hamlet of Neuvialle, both very quiet and vibrant because of its inhabitants, is the starting point for a multitude of hikes directly on foot from the house, through the coniferous forests, the heather moors, and the pastures where lambs graze.
