The lower floor that is offered acquires independence and privacy by not being shared, only the entrance to the house is common. Room, bathroom, kitchen camper with kitchenware, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and coffee maker. Large patio. Residential neighborhood, quiet, spacious, with easy free parking and well connected. Bus stop in front of the house. Hospital and supermarket very close by on foot.

New house, completely renovated and surrounded by the magnificent vineyards of Valdepeñas. Three double bedrooms and a sofa bed, ideal for romantic moments or groups of friends.
