You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Village house with gardens

Small independent house at the top of a suburb, quiet, with courtyard and gardens... The place is ideal for relaxing with family or friends, surrounded by nature with a view of the cliffs. A hiking trail runs in front of the house and can lead to the Choranche caves. Many activities are offered in the surrounding area, we will be happy to provide you with information! Ideally located, Valencia TGV train station is 35 minutes away, as is the Saint Marcellin motorway.

Rated 4 **** stars by Atout France. It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee?
