Cozy and comfortable cottage next to the Piles River

The apartment is a ground floor apartment in a two-storey building, with a separate entrance from the street It is our home, where we live for a large part of the year, we try to make it cozy for our guests as well and we ask them to take care of it (we are not a tourist company) It is in a beautiful neighborhood, La Guía, with beautiful and low-rise buildings, in front of a square, very close to the most beautiful park in the city and next to the point where the Piles river divides into two with beautiful trails

Salón y cocina americana equipada, baño con plato de ducha y dos dormitorios. Dispone de ascensor PLAZA DE GARAJE (OPCIONAL) DISPONIBLE para coche mediano/grande (8 euros al día). A 1 minuto en coche y 5 caminando del piso (avisar antelación). Aparcamiento gratuito en la calle, en zona blanca (NO garantizado).

Precioso y acogedor piso recién reformado íntegramente en el mismo centro de la ciudad, a 100 m. de la playa de San Lorenzo, rodeado de todo tipo de servicios, en plena zona comercial y de ocio. 80m cuadrados distribuidos en amplio salón comedor, cocina americana totalmente equipada, 3 dormitorios (2 matrimoniales y uno individual) y dos cuartos de baño completos (uno de ellos en suite en dormitorio principal).Cuarta planta completamente exterior, en esquina, orientación sur-este, muy luminoso.

Nuestro apartamento está ubicado en una zona residencial muy tranquila a 5 minutos de la playa y 15 caminando del centro de Gijón. Parking gratuito. Situado en el entresuelo de un edificio de 2 plantas y con 31,5 m2, consta de una habitación con cama matrimonial, un salón con amplio sofá-cama, baño, cocina y un estupendo patio ajardinado de 70 m2 para que puedas sentirte como en casa. La zona cuenta con todo tipo de servicios, supermercados, farmacias... ADVERTENCIA: No hay WIFI
