120 m² house in the middle of the nature of the old Ilhabela water park, with 2 cozy suites with 43" Smart TV and hot/cold air. Charming living room with 65" Smart TV and hot/cold air. Full kitchen with large 430L Panasonic refrigerator, 1000 Mbps fiber Wi-Fi and private backyard with barbecue and private natural pool. Upstairs, a king-size bed suite with a view of the stars, bathtub, and balcony. Large balcony with pool table, hammock and bridge to the waterfall gazebo.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Casa térrea ampla com terreno de 1700 m2, de frente para o mar. Piscina com profundidade para todas as crianças e adultos, lindo jardim com coqueiros e arvores a beira da praia e churrasqueira a beira da piscina. Passeios de barco rápido acesso a Ilhabela e praias próximas de São Sebastião (a combinar).

7-minute walk from Camburizinho/Camburi beach Our house is very exclusive, practically the entire house overlooks the sea (except the bathroom lol), bedroom with queen size bed, ceiling fan and door to the balcony overlooking the sea. Mezzanine with double mattress and glass wall with window and ocean view! Fan Very well ventilated, quiet, and private house! Kitchen with utensils, cozy living room with sofa bed and large windows with a view!

Property right on the sand in front of the beach with beautiful views and a large garden. The house has an ocean view from all areas, from the breakfast table to the comfort of the bed. Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
