Salinas beach is quiet, quiet, with a family atmosphere and only a 10-minute drive from the center. The house has an exceptional location, facing the sea with great view of the beach. Upstairs, in the front bedroom, it is possible to sleep and wake up with a sea view. In the back room, you can see a beautiful sunset. It has an equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one on each floor The place is very safe and has a barbecue and space for pets. The neighborhood has a pharmacy and markets.

In the living room, a sofa bed, 3 single mattresses and a foam. Patio in the back and parking for 2 cars on the front. Barbeque 2 full baths + Chuveirinho ° Microwave; 1 fan Iron Baby Banheirinha 9 pillows and a pillow...

very safe and quiet place, as it is a gated condominium of 4 houses, where there is only another resident. (all furnished, with air conditioning and barbecue). Only bring clothing for use and bath linens).
