It includes a refrigerator with a freezer, a gas stove with an electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric kettle, a mixer, and a toaster. Additionally, guests have access to a complete set of serving dishes, kitchen utensils, pots, and cutlery. It’s the perfect space for those who appreciate homemade meals. Bedroom The bedroom offers a peaceful and comfortable place to rest. It features a bunk bed for 3 people (two sleeping spaces on the bottom and one on the top) and a large wardrobe for clothes and luggage. The layout ensures both functionality and a cozy atmosphere. Bathroom The bathroom is modern and equipped with all the essentials for daily hygiene. Guests can enjoy a shower, a toilet, a sink, a washing machine, and basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. Towels and a hairdryer are also provided. Hallway The hallway serves as a practical storage area. It includes coat hooks, a mirror, a shoe rack, a comfortable seat, and a 3-door wardrobe, making it easy to keep things organized. Additional Amenities To ensure the comfort of our guests, the apartment also offers extra amenities, including a foldable baby crib, a high chair, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, an iron, and cleaning supplies. Upon arrival, guests will find coffee, tea, and sugar. The apartment provides bedding and towels for 5 people, with an inflatable mattress available for an additional guest.

We invite you to a unique cottage located right next to the forest and lakes - it is the perfect place to slow down, breathe fresh air, enjoy the silence and fully relax. Comfortable for 2-4 people. Our cottage has been decorated with comfort, warmth and harmony in mind. Outside, there is a large terrace overlooking the forest, a perfect place for morning coffee or yoga in the background, listening only to the birds singing. This is a place for those who are looking for silence, closeness to nature and moments of true rest.

New cottage commissioned June 2021. It is built of larch wood. For 11 guests. Ground floor large living room approx. 40m² with kitchenette approx. 10m² plus bathroom and utility room. The whole place is air-conditioned. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom. And an attractive mezzanine with a mesh for lying under a glass roof. Outside, there is a 40 sqm larch wood terrace. The beach is 150 m away. The beach has attractions for children, floating equipment, and a newly opened luxury restaurant.

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. The house is fully equipped, cozy and has beautiful views in every direction. The climate is created by original paintings. It has a large terrace. The Painter's House is located in a large garden with ponds and a small forest. Guests have access to recreation areas in the garden, walking paths, a playground and a fire pits. There are beautiful lakes and forests in the area. This is the perfect place for people who value the closeness of nature.

**BananaHouse** is a cozy complex of two holiday cottages – **BananaHouse** and **BananaHouse Junior** – located in a peaceful area, just 60 meters from the lake, with private access via a dedicated path.
