Yacht Front Studio (No 5)

This very small room located at the port of Ios, at the side of the building at the first floor, in front of the Yacht docking premises. (side view) Needless to say is very close to everything you need. The supermarket is located just under your feet , The outstanding cafe-ouzo taverna " O Kafenes" is a few feet walk, the bus station,car rental, fishing and diving services, bakery and other cafe and restaurants are 50-60 meters away. The famous blue flag "Yialos" beach is in 400 mtrs.

Sea and Sun l

Sea and sun is a brand new house built on the side of the mountain. Only one kilometer away from the most famous beach on the island Mylopotas beach(200 meters dirt road). With two bedrooms, two bathrooms,kitchen, a living room and an outdoor pool. The sea and the sun are scattered throughout all the rooms of the house. Enjoy the magnificent sunset, the serenity of the sea and discover the beauty at the narrow streets of Ios! We can host groups up to 16 people on our villas!

Our luxurious Cycladic-style home will welcome you for your holiday in the island of Ios, 400m from the beautiful beach of Yalos. Located slightly high up, you have panoramic views of Kampos (the countryside), Chora (the village), the port and finally the beach. All in absolute tranquility, far from the lively life of the village, but close to all amenities. Unfortunately, we don't accept groups of students.

The area is generally peaceful and the visitor may enjoy the most relaxing holiday .The apartment is a home from home,in a very beautiful part of Ios, 25 km from the main village. There are only tree taverns by the beach . No Super Markets No bars.
