Efthimia's house

Efthimia's house is a traditional stone house situated in the old neighborhood of Kavousi village, between the two byzantine churches of Saint George and Twelve Apostles. The history of this house includes a true love story and marriage during the years of the 1 rst World War of my Great-granparents Efthimia and Michalis. About 100 years later my fother and i decided to restore and renovate this traditional house with much love and respect and to offer a real Cretan experience to our guests.

A complete apartment in the charm and calm of one of the oldest villages of Crete welcomes you with simplicity and authenticity. The ground floor apartment is located just one km outside of the town Sitia by the sea, in a very quiet area with uninterrupted views over the bay. The apartment is spacious and modern with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and living area with a comfy sofa and open fireplace. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed and ample wardrobe space.
