Outside are two private decked areas, the larger lower deck has a Mediterranean feel and overlooks the communal gardens & fields beyond, equipped with outdoor furniture 7 a chimnea where guests can use their own portable BBQs.

The Annex forms part of our lovely countryside home. It is a quiet and peaceful self contained 2 bed 2 bath property with its own entrance, parking and garden area. You can find our cottage in the wonderful and unique village of East Prawle, the most southerly point of Devon. Our cottage with sea-views is on a quiet road and has one space for parking directly outside, it is a 5 minute walk from the brilliant local pub, village shop, cafe and coastal path Originally built in 1750 for the farmer’s tenants, we’ve recently restored and renovated the building (hence why it’s new to book!) You will find everything you need for a wonderful stay

We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential. We are a 10 minute drive from the South West Coastal Path, and Beesands Torcross beaches. For walkers of the coastal path, we offer a pick-up drop-off service. Please message for details.

Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
