MAISON DES LILAS

Located in a small quiet village in the south of Charente, you have a large modern and well-equipped accommodation (Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing machine...) 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed with private bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs a mezzanine with 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 x 190 bed and the other a 120 x 190 bed) and a bathroom + a desk area You have a small enclosed courtyard with terrace in front of the accommodation. It has an Orange Livebox connected to fiber optics.

Situated in Grande Champagne, the house is ideal for families and offers a country-style living environment. The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

The "Domaine de Champ rose" is a large cottage with a PRIVATE, COVERED, HEATED SWIMMING POOL ALL YEAR ROUND. 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. You can relax in the calm and countryside of the south Charente in our large, charming cottage. We'll give you a family-friendly welcome and guide you on things to do in the area. Large shaded park, pool table and library, as well as a pétanque court. We accept a maximum of 18 people. No pets.

Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.

From the house, the view opens onto the castle and the fields of the Charente countryside. Depending on the season, the landscapes are adorned with golden wheat or sunflowers, offering a unique atmosphere and magnificent sunsets.
