Casa Cocal is a house within Villa Xa'an (Palm Tree in Maya). It is suitable for groups and large families due to its spacious bedrooms and social areas. Casa Cocal is located at km 8 at the "nightclub area" in Chicxulub. This house in Villa Xa'an is not located in front of the beach as you can see in the photos, it is located in the back, however the beach is 50 m away and has independent side access that leads directly to the sea.

No se permite fumar en el interior
