Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics, etc. The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Le Chais is our lovingly restored distillery, an independent house for guests in the grounds of our property. We have brought what was an unused wreck up to its current state, offering really spacious, elegant accommodation in a truly idyllic setting. Surrounded by vines, in the heart of the Grand Champagne region of Cognac, we can guarantee you a quiet, restful escape. We are permanently resident in the main house so are able to give you as much or little interaction as you wish.

This small 30 m2 cottage will be perfect for your weekends, vacations or business trips. Entirely made by us in an old wine building, Charlotte wanted to decorate it on the theme of the Sunflower, emblematic flower of the Charentes and Tintin, famous comic strip, since we are located 30 minutes from Angoulême, capital of the comic strip. Quiet cottage, among the vineyards, 10 minutes from the N10. A relaxation area with jacuzzi is available as an option (book 24 hours before)

Criteuil la Magdeleine: lovely place

Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with vineyards in perspective. It is with one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The sea is approximately one hour away. Quality Restaurant in the Village The independent accommodation is adjacent to our home. It is a very simple but well-equipped accommodation.

Our family house is located in the middle of the vineyards and enjoys a fenced garden with swimming pool. You will be surrounded by the vineyards of Grande Champagne for lunch on the terrace or enjoy the swimming pool from May to September which can be covered and secured thanks to the telescopic shelter. Renovated house of 48 m2, completely independent. Pleasant to live in, everything is there to make you feel at home. don't worry... bed linen and towels are all provided. The mezzanine is mensardee.
