Luxury Apartment With *Huge Private Deck* Centrally Located in Denver's Cherry Creek North District.
“This loft provided a perfect location in Cherry Creek for a long weekend that included quick trips to Red Rocks and Evergreen, visits downtown and dinners/happy hours in the neighborhood. We loved having Whole Foods two blocks away, Starbucks and a Pasty shop (think calzones or empanadas) one block away and Sweet Ginger (delicious dinner!) across the street. The loft makes efficient (and stylish) use of every square foot of space, and the rooftop deck was a welcome, peaceful retreat after long days of running around. It was a pleasure staying there, and we look forward to doing so again for our next trip.”
Hi! This place is a super chill, laid back, hip little studio with a really mellow, relaxing atmosphere. In Denver's Congress Park neighborhood, it's surrounded by loads of amazing parks and bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. Trader Joe's is 2 blocks away, and the botanic gardens is just down the road. A perfect spot for your stay in Colorful Colorado :) Checkin via lockbox, though I'm never far away should you need anything.
“This place is really great - better than the pictures indicate. The decor is full of interesting items and musical instruments. The kitchen is in the unit (I wasn’t totally clear in that from pics). I would gladly stay here again. The host Willie, was attentive and flexible for me, which I really appreciated. Do yourself a favor and book here.”
Enjoy a relaxing stay in Congress Park, the neighborhood recently voted #1 in Denver. Your space includes an entire basement apartment in a quiet historic neighborhood within walking distance to parks, pubs, and coffee shops; near boutique shops, restaurants, and grocery stores; and very convenient to downtown and the Interstate. Whether a family, couple, solo adventurer, or business traveler, you'll love the cozy ambiance, convenient location, and comfortable surroundings.
“Matt and Crystal's home is beautiful. It far exceeded our expectations. I have never felt so safe and welcome in an airbnb. There are surveillance cameras outside and the lock to get in is really cool too, I liked that we had our own personal code. The space itself was very roomy and inviting. On our first day there we arrived to the power being out due to a particularly nasty lightning storm the night before but it was no problem as the basement apartment has plenty of beautiful natural light. With the lights on at night the apartment is so adorable and inviting, it was such a nice home base to have during our stay in Denver. Speaking of home base, this place could not be in a better location. During our stay we averaged 12 miles of walking per day as well as about $50 in ubers, so we saw quite a bit, and overall this was the most picturesque and safe feeling neighborhood we encountered. From the vines in the alleyways, the exposed brick garages, THE PORCHES, or the swings and various things hanging from the trees alongside the road, everything was simply a delight to just be around. We would have been able to walk the entire trip and not have had a problem, day or night might I add, with everything close by and well lit. The apartment was well stocked with everything we could have needed and Matt and Crystal were very accommodating, even offering to be our personal door dashers the night the power was out. They made sure that we felt comfortable asking them for anything we needed. Also, they were just super cool and fun individuals and as someone who avoids airbnb host interaction at all costs, I truly recommend meeting them if you have the chance as they are super easy to talk to and all around I really cant say enough good things. It is worthwhile to note that you do have to go through both bedrooms to get to the bathroom and through one bedroom to get to the next. This didn't matter to us, but it was kind of a fun layout. They also have a beautiful, well trained, sweet mannered dog whose name I don't remember (Ellie?) and if you get the chance I highly recommend meeting her as well. The hosts take care of the dishes for you which is a really nice touch, the patio area is very private and doesn't feel awkward when you go out to smoke like it can be in some places. The hot water is hot quick and good water pressure, and the bedrooms were very spacious. The couches were comfortable and there was definitely enough counter space and table top room for all of our assorted junk. I'm still a pretty new traveler but so far this is my all time favorite airbnb for the price, location, amazing hosts, comfortable space (I didn't even mention the beds but WOW), and all around heart of Denver this-is-what-life-could-be feel.”
