“If you are looking for a place far away from all the hustle, this is your go-to place. Such a lovely ( and vast) property. Harry Uncle (Shalini's dad) is an amazing host who filled us up with all the details of the property. they have huge swings, ponds for fishing, dogs, ducks, rabbits, roosters, etc among animals in their property. they also have coffee plantations and you can buy coffee produced in their own backyard. we were there just for one night but it was so worth it. we were offered juicy pineapples from their garden and uncle also arranged homemade wine for us. Also special thanks to their driver Atib who stayed with us till 12.30AM when our bus got delayed and left only once we boarded the bus. Just note that the property is 20+kms from the main town of Madikeri and there aren't any options for you to eat outside since this place is literally in a village.”

“Darshan and Kshama are amazing hosts. Right from checking in till the time of leaving the place, we never felt that we were not at home. Things are extremely well thought out at Wenge House, and Darshan and Kshama are available to help you with the smallest of things. I stayed here for 3 days with my parents and sister, and this by far the best Airbnb experiences we've had. The place is huge, you can literally use it as a home. It's well connected and placed right in the middle of the town. Yet, at the same, you get to enjoy the privacy and peace and quiet of a secluded holiday home.”

“Thanks to Shan for the wonderful days we had at his property. If you want to have a quiet place for your holiday then here it is. It's an old kerala style house with no AC or Fan, but you won't need them even during noon time as the inside of house is very cool. It still have an inverter to have power backup, TV, Hot water(non electric Gujarat Boiler), and fridge. It got 4 bed rooms, 2 halls, 1 dining area and 2 bathrooms (non attached). You can park 4 to 5 cars easily, but there is no parking shed as such. They provide food (charged extra but reasonable) which is delicious and is served hot. You can have bonfire for dinner. Dinner includes starters, main course and sweets. I have to specifically thank Shan's wife for the food she prepares. As a host Shan will keep you engaged by taking you to a local river side, walk around the place etc. He also help you to find local shops that sell authentic coorg products. In my opinion one can select this place if you need to experience a more homely, comfortable and peaceful stay. I highly recommend this for families as well as for group travellers.”
