Loft converted in a restored independent barn, square courtyard consisting of three buildings, parking and opening onto a fully independent garden, 15 minutes from Lamotte-Beuvron and 30 minutes from Chambord. 60m2 loft apartment (the bedroom is in an alcove separated from the living room by a double blackout curtain) with wood. Independent entrance and parking, private garden, garden lounge and BBQ. Furnished not specifically suitable for people with disabilities.

Old stable in the quiet of the countryside

Old stable in a small hamlet, renovated by us, this semi-detached house offers all the comforts in the countryside: green space, water, forest, many hiking trails from the house.... 3-star accommodation since 2015 in a region full of historical discoveries (Châteaux de la Loire, Villes de caractère...) and gastronomic discoveries (Sancerre...)! If you like mountain biking and TT motorbiking, the owner will be able to guide you for your itineraries, if you wish!

With a personalized decor in a bucolic and relaxing atmosphere, we will welcome you with simplicity. At your disposal, a reading area with books and documents about our region, a games room with foosball, ping pong table. A separate terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.

This cottage has just been born in the old sheepfold of an 18th century mansion. Private entrance, garden and parking that overlook a wood. It is warm, sober and comfortable. I offer breakfasts and dinners with "homemade" products if you do not wish to cook. Access to a beautiful pool, the park with children's games, animals... The house also has another cottage, and two guesthouses in the main building, visible on airbnb.

My pillow in the barn

"Mon oreiller dans l'étable" is a small cottage located on the Loire bike route, at the gates of Sancerre and Chavignol and close to Guedelon. Great for a pleasant tourist stay. We welcome you to an outbuilding close to the owners' house but you will be totally independent. Old 45 m2 barn completely renovated with private terrace and secure parking to accommodate bicycles, you will be seduced by the charm of the old stone.

The price of €80/night corresponds to accommodation for 1 to 4 guests after additional charge of €14/night per guest excluding cleaning (charged to guests or optional - €40)

Nice 82 m2 single-story cottage in old farmhouse located in a pleasant and relaxing setting in the countryside on the edge of the village (200 m). The cottage is located on the grounds of our property in a quiet, restored, fully-equipped, independent old barn with Wi-Fi. Outside, garden furniture, barbecue, swing all on a large shared green space. 8 km from the town of Sancoins, all shops.
