Our place is one half of a cute duplex and is clean, quiet & furnished modern. We have no stairs so it is ideal for those with limited mobility. Best suited for up to 4 adults. Close to some of Spokane's best restaurants; Luna, Twigs, Poole's Public House, along with numerous pizza places, and that's just to name a few. Trader Joe's is 2 miles away. We are 15 minutes to downtown shopping and Spokane's two major hospitals are even closer. We know you will relax and enjoy your stay at our place.

With the park across the street, we feel this is the best unit this size/price In Spokane. LOWER UNIT W/STREET PARKING. Conveniently located 1bed, 1bath with a hideabed, directly across from a beautiful city Park. 10 min from the airport and 5 from downtown. Finch Arboretum is walking distance. The park has full basketball and tennis court's, and a baseball diamond. Nice kids play quipment. Both Amazon buildings are 10 minutes away. 10 min to the Casino. This is not a party spot. Thank you!

I live on 4225 west Crown ave the best way to access crown is off of Assembly take a right as you head East on Crown I am the 5th house on the right and it is red=steel siding, I drive a Red TOY Highlander that is typically in the drive way In the pictures I had a gold TOY Highlander at one time but now I got a red one Because I hit a deer with the gold one.
