“Rochelle's room for rent in her gorgeous home was exactly what we needed. Her and her husband met us upon arrival and even moved their car so we could park in their driveway. There is plenty of parking on the street but we arrived at night and couldn't quite see where we should park so that was very helpful. Then her husband was kind enough to help me with my bag, give us a tour and hand us the key once we were inside our room. There were beautifully designed common areas and there were amenities in the bathroom and bedroom for our use. He offered K-cups for us and anything else we needed from the kitchen which was very nice but it was a quick trip for us so we didn't use any of that. We had a private room and bathroom down the hall. The best part was it was quiet, very clean and neat, the mattress was really comfortable and I had forgotten my lotion so I was able to use their trader joe's lotion left in the basket for us. I would definitely want to come back to stay here if I'm in the Jenkintown area again. Side note: we also enjoyed a dinner at King's Corner nearby, which was excellent!”

“Very clean bed room and bathroom. She was very kind person and responded quickly. The place was very safety and convenient for me because there were some supermarkets and food places to eat something. It was a great experience for me.”
Beautiful, spacious mid-century modern house located in the northern suburbs of Philadelphia. A 22 minute drive (or short train ride) from the Art Museum and downtown, this delightful house offers all of the comforts of home and ease of access to the city while also affording the opportunity for privacy and outdoor space. Large, light-filled spaces abound and it is great for relaxing and reading a book over morning coffee before heading out for a day in the city. Kid-friendly as well!
“The Arbor House is a beautiful 1970s piece of modern architecture where we enjoyed cooking, hanging out around the fire, and enjoying the outside from the inside. It is in a neighborhood, but the landscaping makes it very private. Mark left the house well-prepared for us with firewood, a projector, and even some white wine in the fridge while the Hmart nearby provided the dumplings and the mochi. He was also very available and clear. Lots of room, we were very comfortable with 6 people. 20 minutes from Philly, if that interests you.”
