Cozy house surrounded by century-old trees. Two-story house completely renovated. Downstairs, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom with separate toilet and bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds and a master suite. You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
