Secluded Hillside Retreat in East LA

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit w central air/heat, recently remodeled and perched in the coveted hills of Mt. Washington, a quaint and bohemian neighborhood in East LA. 10 minutes to downtown LA and Dodger stadium. Walking distance to grocery store, park, hiking trails, bar, coffee shop and restaurants. Access to front patio, ideal for al fresco dining, lounging with a book, a cup of coffee or glass of wine as you soak up the natural beauty. A truly unique and wonderful property.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

SilverLake Hillside Spacious Guest Apartment

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.
