Includes: master bedroom, sleeping loft (queen-sized futon and custom Twin XL bunk beds); open kitchen/living area, covered and open patios. 10 minutes from Bryson City and Cherokee.

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Paths for long walks. Architect James Fox designed this cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Cozy Mountain Cottage

Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

Come enjoy this magnificent view in Saluda! Relax in the swings or sit on the porch and enjoy the peacefulness. The fire pit under the stars is so Saludacrous! Our cozy cottage is just steps from Judds Peak and 2 miles from downtown, where there is always food and fun! The Gorge Zipline is located in our quaint little town and the Green River has hiking, tubing, kayaking, white water rafting, rock climbing! The towns of Hendersonville, Flat Rock and Asheville are just minutes away.
