Difficult access for the elderly because it is steep. 15 minutes by car from Lake Pannecière and 30 minutes from Lake Settons. Hiking and mountain biking trails at the end of the garden (Gr13, Tour du Morvan, etc.). All amenities 10 minutes by car (Château-Chinon). 30 minutes by car from Haut-Folin (25 cross-country ski trails) and Mont-Beuvray.

Vanuit het huisje loopt u zo naar het strand voor een frisse duik, door weilanden of het bos. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Het huis met houtkachel staat in een klein gehucht bij het Lac de Pannecière in het Natuurpark de Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft schitterende sterrenhemels.

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighbourhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places of healing, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the calm of the hamlet is required.

Relax in this peaceful and warm place. It's a small house where the living is good… Everything is ready when you arrive, the beds are made, the wood stove is lit, the electric radiators as well… Hand and bath towels are at your disposal. The little house now has Wi-Fi.
