This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

(No kitchenette) but electric hotplates and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates... Hikes from the house, games (boules, table tennis, badminton) and bike rental.

You will find calm and relaxation, with the lake of Pannecière within walking distance and many hiking trails. Lac des Settons is about a 30-minute drive away. Château-Chinon is 7min. Beautiful interior spaces, the house has 2 bedrooms (upstairs) each with a mezzanine. An outdoor area with a barbecue available. 🚭‼️

Bright Tiny House

Geniet van het licht door de grote ramen. Het huis biedt een moment van rust. Met een wandeling door de bossen en de velden van de Morvan, en de weldaad van het meer van Pannecière. Bezoek Bibracte en het museum van Vercingétorix, de toppen van de Haut Folin, en de bronnen van de Yonne. De gasten dragen zorg voor het huis, nemen eigen beddengoed mee en doen zelf de schoonmaak. Take a break... Nestled in a green setting, this comfortable cottage in the heart of Morvan will seduce you with the quality of its environment. Bousson-le-Bas is an ideal hamlet for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts; you can hike on the many nearby paths and GR, cycle on the small roads or mountain bike trails, fish on Lake Crescent or elsewhere, swim, canoe or raft, watch the stars… or even do nothing…

At the gates of Morvan

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.
