Hi. This is studio36. It's cool in summer, without air conditioning. A 20m2 studio converted in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Close to University Hospital, Campus, Confort Moderne, and shops, and 20 minutes' walk from the centre SOPGYN
