Dans une maison de village datant de la fin du XVIII°, charmante petite suite indépendante ouvrant sur un jardin clos face au fleuve de la Garonne. Les petits déjeuners sont compris et vous sont servis. A partir du mois de mai le jardin devient luxuriant et offre un doux parfum de fleurs; glycine, roses, jasmin, iris ... Nous partageons notre jardin ainsi que la petite piscine ( 3,10 m x 2 m à 50 cm du sol et 1,20 de profondeur). 20/25 mn de Bordeaux, 1h d'Arcachon, 45mn de St Emillion.

We live in a quiet and ideally located neighborhood: the historic center is 5 min by bike (self-service terminal), 12 min by bus or 20 min walk. Easy airport/train station access: direct tram/bus lines. Free car parking 300 m away. Newly renovated 3-story house. You will have a bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet, all for private use. The rest of the house and garden will be shared with my husband, our 2 daughters and me. We are calm and respectful.

Our house is located in the heart of the village, 500 meters from the aerocampus site and the welding institute. This is a room in our house. There are 5 bedrooms in total. We occupy 2. We offer two for rent. We dedicate a bathroom to our guests, to share when the 2 Bedrooms are rented. Each bedroom has a large 140 x 190 bed and an 80 x 190 adult bed We will limit access to the rooms to 3 people, including babies.
