Combine the quietness of the countryside with the proximity of the city: Paris 30 minutes away and the Palace of Versailles 20 minutes away. Ideally located at the gates of Châteaudun on the way to Santiago de Compostela without detours, a perfect stop on the Loir bike route and accessible to people with reduced mobility, it offers a small garden with terrace where you can eat your meals, as well as access to my land on the banks of the Loir (not PMR), which I will be happy to share!
