Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Our lovely house is comfortable and pleasant to live in. You will love relaxing in this quiet place, surrounded by countryside and nature, have a look at stars in the sky and breathe pur air. It will bring happiness to fans of forest, fishing, hunting, Bourgogne's gastronomy, architecture, History, racetrack, zoo and park. It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.

Relax in Gite Briffaut de Bourgondië

This stable converted into a house with a walled garden used to be a stable with dog kennel which belonged to the adjacent Chateau Briffaut. It is completely free and high with views over hills and forests, close to the nature park "Morvan ".In the house all old oak beams are still visible and the old details have been preserved as much as possible, but this house is full of comforts with a walled garden with palms and olive trees with terrace and jacuzzi.

House by the canal

Small 45 m² house on the side canal of the Loire. For nature lovers, the cottage is located in an ideal setting to relax by the canal (10 m from the bank) and close to the Loire. Linens are provided. Towels are not provided located 30 minutes from LE PAL amusement park located 25 minutes from the Bal de l'Europe in Génétique located 12 km from Decize with its nautical stadium and all shops located 25 km from Moulins-sur-Allier

Refurbished independent accommodation of 50m2 including: - A kitchen (the washing machine does not work!), a living room with sofa bed (a third person can stay on it), a bathroom with toilet, upstairs a bedroom with two small beds, an outdoor area of about 150 m2 fully fenced but without a gate for the moment. -Barbecue available (If it is not on the veranda, do not hesitate to ask us!!)
