Come and see our cabin nestled in a secluded location that is within close proximity to recreational activities and restaurants that will surely please a couple or an entire family. You can enjoy horseback riding trails nearby, hiking trails, golf courses, local parks, and fine dining or a cozy campfire in the evenings to end your day with story-telling and laughter that will last for many years. There is excellent cellphone service, and centrally located between Charleston and Huntington, WV.

In the past our Cellar House was home to canned garden vegetables, potatoes, and apples. Today up to 2 guests can enjoy their relaxing farm visit in the newly renovated yet rustic upper room. Hiking on property. Located near Elk River State Park for a day of Biking, river swimming, & Kayaking. Near Rail Explorers USA in Clay County. Drive the back road to New River National Park for an adventure. This room is set up for a short visit or a long stay. Hot homemade fresh breakfast included.

There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

Enjoy your visit to the New River Gorge Park and Preserve by staying at this luxury log cabin in the woods. This cabin is located south of downtown Fayetteville but convenient to all recreational activities. Nestled in the trees high above the water, the Overlook Cabin offers a peaceful, comfortable, and intimate experience of the Ohio River, with a large riverfront window, 8x12ft deck, & jacuzzi bath. The 12x40ft space has a queen, 2 twins, another bed in the loft, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Local coffee provided. Owners live onsite should any issues arise. Cabin 2 has everything you need for a comfortable escape. There is a queen bed, a pull out Twin XL and an extra mattress in the closet if needed. The kitchen is ready for chefs! There is a nice laundry room and a bathroom with tub and shower. Outside the cabin door you can sit on a bench and enjoy a fire, roast marshmallows and enjoy the scenery. Firewood is complimentary. This cabin has 2 nice tvs, heat & air.
