BNB La Rochelle -St. Nicolas is located in the center of downtown La Rochelle - Quarters Saint Nicolas. It is close to everything. All tourist attractions are within walking distances. We have only one guest room so that we can offer our best services. Our guests have their own entrance, free as at home! Beachfront room, sea, free breakfast

Quiet room (13m2), on the courtyard, in a house (1924) on Royan beach. On the first floor. The other two bedrooms, also on airbnb, have sea views. 160cm bed. There is only the street ( bd GARNIER ) to cross to go to the large beach. Breakfast (very simple, basic coffee milk chocolate tea, brioche bread, butter, jam, orange juice) offered in the sea view veranda (Cordouan lighthouse in the distance). Shared bathroom & WC. Close-by shops and restaurants.

In the heart of a quiet and well-located area, I offer an independent room in a detached house in La Rochelle. The room opens onto a sun terrace. It is equipped with its own kitchenette and bathroom + toilet, allowing you to be particularly independent. Tea/coffee/herbal tea provided. Breakfast prepared on request 24 hours in advance (extra charge). Train station, old port, universities and beach, accessible in 15/20 min walk or 5 min by bike/car.

The room is located on the 1st floor in our house "La Novia", with independent access. The room has quality amenities for your breakfasts and meals, table and 2 chairs, hotel refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave and dishes. TV, Canal+. Safe. Free Wi-Fi. Warning!!! Breakfasts are not offered (bakeries and Carrefour City 100 m away). Towels and bed linen are provided. Bed (160) made on arrival.

The spacious yellow lodge, the barn

Old barn rehabilitated in an air-conditioned room of more than 30m² in Saint-Germain-de-Lusignan in a quiet and secure location. Located 3km from the Jonzac shopping area, 5km from the spa and 6km from the aquatic and fitness center "Les Antilles". The first beaches are a 45-minute drive away. Free parking on site. No kitchen in the accommodation.

Bed and breakfasts for adults (no children, no babies) with heated pool, close to the ocean, located halfway between the famous Place des Tilleuls and the ocean, our house, typically Retaise, welcomes you in a soothing and relaxed atmosphere. The outdoor pool is heated from June to September, more or less early depending on weather conditions.
