The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with a king size bed. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. River View Cottage is a recently refurbished luxurious cottage with a private heated salt water pool. It is fully equipped with all modern facilities. Set in 22 acres of meadows and woods and is bordered on three sides by a gentle river. The cottage is rural but very near to two villages with all amenities. There are local markets, loads of nearby attractions and superb restaurants. This is an excellent area to totally relax and experience the pleasures of the Dordogne.

With bathing facilities on the river La Dronne lies Le Petit Garcon a charming holiday home. 1.5 hour drive to the Atlantic coast. Excellent wineyards in Pomerol and St Emilion on a 30 min drive. Hiking, golf, tennis, horse riding and cycling. 2 major bathing areas at the bicycle distance from the house. 2 minute walk to the local bakery and restaurants. The house offers a nice garden, several nice patios. Perfect for a family/group of 7-9.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

C'est une ferme typique du 19ème siècle que je rénove maintenant depuis 39 ans. Elle convient parfaitement à une grande famille ou à deux familles de 4 à 5 personnes. Son jardin clos est idéal pour les enfants que l'on peut surveiller de son transat.
