The property is part of a 16th century former farmhouse, set in the centre of an unspoilt Somerset village, just a short walk to a gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food & drink.

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

During lockdown we have renovated and updated our guest house. We are excited to welcome you to our idyllic rural retreat, far away from the hustle, bustle and stresses of everyday life. The top floor of the stable has been lovingly converted with a big bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large sitting room. The stable is incredibly light and airy with beautiful views throughout that make you feel as though you are among the trees. It truly is the perfect country escape. 6 km from Chard Equestrian

Our cosy 2-bed home is just a 2-minute walk from Chard town centre, with off-street parking for 1 x vehicle, ideal for guests working locally or exploring Somerset. Whether you're here for a short contract, a business trip, or a weekend escape, you'll find a quiet, comfortable base with everything you need. Plus, the stunning Jurassic Coast is just 20 minutes away—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Annex - Middle Payne Barn

Located on the outskirts of Chard, the property is ideally located to explore Somerset and surrounding areas. Newly furnished and decorated to a very high standard for you to enjoy, The Annex adjoins our home and has a private front door. There is a king sized bed and a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children (in the same room). There is a kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee and toast making equipment and a multi-function microwave. There is ample off-road parking.

Manor Farm Barn - Spacious and Stylish Conversion

Enjoy a peaceful and private stay with us at one of our Holiday Homes at Manor Farm We offer the choice of Manor Farm (Sleeping 14) Manor House (Sleeping 7) or Manor Farm Barn (Sleeping 4). All properties have their own private garden areas and their own private entry by keysafe. The location is the perfect mix of peaceful, rural country living, whilst still being just a short drive away from all of the local amenities, major transport links and tourist attractions.

Relax after a long walk or a day at the beach in our homely static caravan. Set in a 2 acre garden with the owners a short distance away on the property. 1 mile just outside of Chard Town, the caravan offers a secluded quiet space to relax or a base to explore the local area. Lyme regis is an easy 13mile drive. Cricket St Thomas golf club & Warner leisure hotel is 1.8miles. Many walks and cycle paths in the surrounding area.

The Old Barn has been completely renovated with relaxation in mind. Furnished with a mix of genuine mid-century furniture and other vintage finds, this memorable bolt hole stands in a private courtyard with independent access. We allow well-behaved dogs.

Abbey View Cottage - Scandi Hot Tub - EV Charging

With beautiful views south across the picturesque valley, our small garden overlooks Forde Abbey, with views of the magnificent avenue of trees, and the highest powered fountain in the country. Our cottage has been converted with the intention of creating a luxurious and peaceful space. The kirami wood fired hot tub has to be experienced to be fully appreciated in this amazing setting.
