Historic St Clements Island is within view, kayak to the state park on provided kayaks! Enjoy nature while relaxing in the beautifully designed outdoor space, where bald eagles and blue herons are common sightings. Large screen WiFi TV with cable & premium channels., Great amenities here!!! Well mannered pets welcome :)

House is at the end of a quiet street but not much space in between houses. The fence certainly helps and when you are in the backyard/ on the water you can’t even tell how close the houses are together. We meet a couple of the neighbors and they were friendly and mainly gave us privacy. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place on the water in the area!”
YOLO Beach House has a gorgeous sunrise view only one block to the river. Fenced in yard excellent for children and dogs (dog door to back yard). Recently updated. Walking distance to Dockside, Castlewood park and the boat landing.

She fitted us in right from the beginning.....which was amazing and much needed. Check in was so easy and simple. Her communication on minor items was quick . The cottage itself was cozy, bright, upscale in a cottage feeling. She left the charm of the vintage cottage with marvelous upgrades that made you feel as if you were at the Ritz often. Located on the point close to Dockside Restaurant and Tiki Bar, and the beach. Close to Washington Ave where you will find coffee houses, brewery and other restaurants. Golf carts available for rent as you enter town. French doors off big bedroom onto screened in porch. Doors off screen porch to fenced in back yard. Sliding doors off front of house that has a retracting awning. Plenty of parking. 2 bikes in shed . Will accept 1 small dog.

We went antiquing, had a lovely time tasting the wines at the Ingleside Winery, and had a delicious brunch at the Dockside Restaurant and Tiki Bar. We're really into nature so we walked around the grounds of the birthplace of George Washington and went birding in Westmoreland State Park. I'm really glad Sherry had a full kitchen so we could cook there often and make the trip affordable.”
