Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Ideally located for discovering the Charentes: Cognac, Jonzac, Angouleme, Bordeaux, Royan... and more locally many walks: the blue ponds of Touvérac, the Thernes de Jonzac, as well as the greenway and hikes Refill Forbidden Cars parties are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are prohibited.

Small house full of charm, which has been completely renovated by us and now offers modern and functional accommodation, with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, toilet, a living area with sofa bed, and a veranda. You have at your disposal a Tassimo coffee maker, in front of a small garden and barbecue. Linens and towels are provided as well as two adult bikes. On the other hand, we don't have Wi-Fi.
