It is located 1 km from the Louis Rouyer-Guillet golf course. Saintes with its rich heritage is 3 km away. Pharmacy – laundromat – Intermarché and Lidl nearby and a bakery 3+1 300 m from the house. Property located on the 1st floor of a family home. Independent entrance. The unit has a terrace with bench and small table for 2 people and overlooking the garden. Parking in front of the house gate. Linens, blankets, pillow cases, and towels are not provided for a one-night reservation only. You will also need to clean before your departure. Good to know, there is no separate room and we have 2 children, 1 dog, 1 cat.
