The Beauséjour gîte (170 m2) with terrace, is located 7 km from Angoulême, in a peaceful hamlet, close to another gîte. Shared access to the swimming pool (5x10) Description: 1 living room with kitchen of 75 m2, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 x 200, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 120 x 190, 2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.
