Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Our villa, Kyo-Alpes, built in 2024, is located in La Combe de Lancey, between Chambéry and Grenoble, and offers breathtaking views of the mountains. The accommodation has a private indoor swimming pool heated to 29°C, a jacuzzi area and a sauna, to relax in a zen and soothing atmosphere. You will be charmed by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. We'll be happy to introduce you to our work if you'd like. Our house and farm premises are 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, not overlooked.

The place, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults.
