“Vine” apartment is located in Madrid center, off Gran Via, on a quiet street in a new building with elevator. It is nature-inspired, bright & modern, has WiFi, is fully equipped and is very close to restaurants, tapas, the Metro, shops & galleries. Best for a single, couples or couples with a kid! Pets are invited happily!!! The apartment is located in a new buliding, with an elevator! It is modern designed, with lots of greenery, themed to its name, Vine. A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. Muy luminoso, con una terraza llena de plantas tropicales, en la que disfrutar de un buen desayuno o relajarse con una copa de vino. Uso no turístico de corta duración. Bien situado, al lado del parque de Madrid río y Matadero, a 15 minutos andando de Sol, Museo Reina Sofía, El Rastro, y la estación de tren de Atocha.

Elegant apartment in majestic area

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.

Natural light fills the open living area, where large glass doors lead to a balcony adorned with plants. A dining table is set with patterned tablecloths, and a compact television is positioned against the wall. The hardwood floor adds warmth to the space.

Newly renovated apartment, a 10-minute walk to the Bernabeu. Very cozy, with lots of light and everything you need to enjoy a few days in Madrid. We are also pet-friendly, just let us know 😊 With the entry into force of the new Tenant Single Registry Law, ALL tenants must provide us with their ID/PASSPORT, postal address, and all contact information. Generously sized living and dining area where even if both sofa beds are being used enough space is available for a comfortable stay. 2 bedrooms with balconies to the street but without having to be concerned about noise as access to the area is very restricted for cars. You have 2 bathrooms available - 1 of which is en-suite. The kitchen is as well separate and has a small bistro table with 2 chairs. Wifi speed of up to 1G!
