Independent and surrounded by vineyards, it combines historic charm, modern comfort and authentic character. Your host, Thomas, a local winemaker, offers guided cellar visits and wine tastings upon request. Just 5 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 35 minutes from Bordeaux, it’s the perfect starting point to experience the Bordeaux art of living.

Capacité de couchage de 4 personnes, séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre avec lit double et coin bureau. Salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. WC séparés. La maison bénéficie d'une grande terrasse aménagée avec plancha pour profiter des belles soirées. Gare à 15 minutes.

Ideally located, you can enjoy various tourist sites in Gironde as well as in Charentes-Maritimes or in Dordogne (Bordeaux, St Emilion, Blaye, Royan, Sarlat...). 2 pairs of sheets are provided. Relax in this peaceful, secure residence. The apartment is bright with an allocated parking space and a small sunny garden. The bedroom has a 140 bed and the living room has a convertible sofa click-clack. 20 minutes' drive from St Emilion and 45 minutes from Bordeaux. A free bus takes you to the city centre and to Lake Nauves. You can walk to the stadiums, which are 5 minutes' walk away. Rental bikes are located all over the city.
