“A really great stay! It is a stylish, well decorated and spacious flat. There are a few great touches including bread, milk, jams, condiments, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There is also a fire stick with amazon prime and Netflix subscriptions, which is a really great touch to keep you entertained. Outside the front door there are steps to the seafront with Rossi ice cream and the cliffs pavilion no more than 5 mins walk away. Wouldn’t mind living here let alone stay! Well worth your custom.”
2 Full Double Bedroom Apartment with Beautiful Sea Views. Located next to the Cliffs Pavilion Theatre. Walking distance to Trains/Buses. Close to Southend Town Centre and steps away from the Seafront/Beach. 5 Mins walk to Peter Pans Playground/Amusements. 10 mins Seafront walk to Sealife Centre. 3 mins Beachfront walk to The Genting Club Casino. The area is PERMIT PARKING. I will try to arrange day parking permits but cannot guarantee as the local council only allow 150 day permits each year.
“Joe’s flat suited our needs. It was just right for 2 adults and a toddler. Communication was excellent all throughout. House is a bit old so some of the radiators rattled every now and then. The shower could be stronger but Joe’s place is excellent value for money. The unit has been updated and refurbished with modern decor and is clean and the rooms are quite spacious with lots of storage for your stuff especially when staying long term. House was warm and well insulated. The seaside is just outside with lots of eateries close by. We didnt use the oven as we ate out most of the time. There was bread, milk, butter and jam provided aside from the coffee, tea and sugar which is always thoughtful. We did not have any issues finding parking space outside the house. All in all a great find!”

“Well presented flat. Well placed for the sea front and Westcliffe high street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and walked to and from Leigh on Sea for Lunch. We also walked to Shoeburyness and got the train back. Ate out on the high street and also at Padrino's nearby. Flat was warm, light and spacious.”
