The kitchen has modern cabinets, a table and all the necessary appliances. In the bathroom there is a small bathtub, a washing machine and the necessary accessories. The studio is very close to the beaches of Sykies, Papathanasiou and Kourenti and the stop for the University (Former Technological Educational Institute).
