A stone's throw from Lake Chaumeçon, known as "Little Canada", in the heart of the Morvan, we welcome you to this authentic and spacious chalet, rated 3 stars, with a large living room with bay windows, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a mezzanine, a terrace and a large garden, overlooking the wooded hills with no neighbors opposite. Serenity, gentle landscapes, forests and lakes, hiking, access to water activities and heritage. Sweety, a lovely little independent kitten, will share your stay.

LA PASTOURELLE BY THE LAKE – FISHING & NATURE IN A WILD AND EXCLUSIVE SETTING Experience the charm of La Pastourelle; its attention to detail, along with the peace and beauty of this protected and private location, offers total relaxation. The 18th Century, traditional stone, Morvandelle house with its sunbathed terrace facing its own lake and sitting in a prairie within the 7 hectares of park and forest on the domaine of the old Auberge des Brizards. Cottage at the edge of the woods

Small chalet in the heart of the Morvan Natural Park. Located on the edge of a small hamlet close to all shops and surrounded by many hiking trails. Please note: We have just created a second cottage for 2 people at the back of the garden (see photos). It is separated from the cottage by a small stream and a fence. Access to this cottage and its outdoor area is on the forest side: therefore, the two cottages are completely independent, and there are no neighbors overlooking them.

Maison La Rivière

Overlooking a castle, we offer a detached house with a fenced and closed plot of land all around it in the heart of Morvan, 10 minutes from Avallon, 20 minutes from Vézelay, 20 minutes from Bazoches and 15 minutes from Quarré-les-Tombes. This single-storey house composed of a large living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, this house will allow you to enjoy your vacation in peace with a beautiful panoramic view from the terrace and the bedrooms.

Gîte - The little house

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

The Tiny in the Meadow

Say goodbye to stress in this tiny house nestled in a meadow of the Morvan Natural Park and located 7 km from a beautiful lake. During the day, enjoy its memorable view between the forest and the fields. At night, you can admire the Milky Way, classified as an International Starlight Reserve. If you want to reconnect with nature and the very essence of serenity, you are in the right place. Cows, foxes, birds, and deer may be your neighbors depending on the time of year.

Gîte de La Bascule

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.
