In a green and quiet setting, 12 km from Orléans, 2 steps from the Loire and on the "route des châteaux", pretty modern outbuilding backing onto the owners' house, consisting of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private toilets and bathrooms, a kitchen equipped to prepare breakfast and simple meals, a private terrace accessible from the bedrooms and from the kitchen, a heated swimming pool open from May 1st to September 30th.

The "small barn" is close to the banks of the Loire, between Orleans and Meung sur Loire, close to many castles, in a wooded and flowered garden... The "small barn" has been furnished as a duplex studio with a mezzanine bed (double bed 140), a daybed in the main room (two mattresses). The kitchen block allows you to have breakfast (free) and a meal. You will find an indoor and outdoor bathroom and enjoy a private terrace.
