“This place was perfect - if you're looking for an authentic Thai village experience I'd recommend this place wholeheartedly. We would spend our days reading on the porch, enjoying the view and watching all the neighbourhood chickens getting up to their crazy antics. We would get waken up by the roosters pretty early so bring earplugs! The house itself has a real earthy feel, and it equipped with everything that you need to be comfortable. Konstantin is a very considerate and communicative host who is always ready to answer any questions you may have. We asked if there was any place nearby that we could rent some bicycles, and he took us to his friends house who provided us with 2 for free! The cottage is situated roughly 5km from the town, and 5km from the caves. The village itself is quaint and the people are charming. There's a small shop nearby that you can purchase a few things such as vegetables. Great value - 5 stars!”

Mature avocado, mango, guava, lime and banana trees. Clear mountain stream running through garden in wet season until November, can listen to it trickle from the porch. 10 minute walk to very good cafes, Thai/Western restaurants, temples, caves, nature trail and scooter/bicycle rental.
“What a wonderful place! Situated on an acre or so of land, with it's own river, fruit trees, resident birds and fantastic mountain views and just metres from the national park entrance, this has been the best AirBnB experience we have had. William has been a great host - extraordinarily helpful and kind. The terrace is our favourite spot where we spent most of our time. The kitchen comes equipped with many appliances that normally you wouldn't get, like an electric grill, rice cooker and even a blender as well as plenty of crockery and utensils - there is even filtered tap water which makes a huge difference in SEA. Thank you, William.”
