A beautiful and luxurious second floor, quiet, one bedroom apartment in old Kenilworth. This is a newly refurbished apartment in a beautiful listed building with an allotted parking space and secure entry phone. It boasts the best address in leafy Kenilworth and is situated alongsideAbbey Fields which contains the old abbey ruins and is flanked by Kenilworth castle. The apartment has luxurious bedding and new kitchen with all modern appliances. Due to low windows, children are not allowed.
“Kims place was absolutely stunning and in a great location. She went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. It was basically “home away from home”. Everything you want in a home is available there and the apartment was stylish and furnished to very high standards. The booking included super-fast broadband, one parking space for a small-medium size vehicle and lots more. This apartment is highly recommended and I will definitely be coming back soon. A+++”

With Warwick only 9 miles away and Stratford-Upon-Avon only 17 miles away, you can pop over for a day out to one of these picturesque towns! Please feel free to make the most of the firepit aswell!
“My partner and I were able to have the stress-free break that we were after at Danny’s place. We enjoyed a leisurely walk alongside the nearby canal, a star-filled sky, horses clip-clopping within viewing distance from the caravan, and delicious firepit smoked foods! Danny’s attentiveness shone through as a host and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend lone travellers, couples, or small families to stay here! Thank you for everything :D”

“We spent just over two weeks at this cozy apartment self isolating on our return from Kenya. The apartment had everything we needed including wi fi and tv with delicious cookies and breakfast items including home made jams provided. The garden is stunning with the formal garden space and some woodland at the back. Anyone who loves birds, flowers and nature will love this place. Dorridge village is in walking distance with all you need. I would certainly recommend Broadacre to anyone.”
