We are renting a large, bright and new 80.00 m2 apartment that has a 15.00 m2 private terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms and one living room. It is equipped with designer furniture and the kitchen is fully equipped: vitroceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It can accommodate up to 4 people in its four beds furnished with high-density mattresses. The living room has a large window with remote control awning. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of them with toilet, bidet and bathtub, and the other one with toilet and shower. It also has three large closets, AC / heating in each room, cable TV, a flat 24” LCD screen and free WIFI Internet connection available. It is located in a fine, nice area, just 10 blocks from Serrano Square, the heart of Palermo, famous for its designer shops, exclusive restaurants and nightlife. 2 blocks from the apartment we find the new commercial hub of fashion outlets in Aguirre Street. Public transport is another important asset: It is conveniently located between two stations on the Metro line B, ('Malabia' and 'Dorrego') from where we can reach the old Central Market 'Abasto' in just 5 minutes or the Obelisk, in downtown city in 15 minutes. Besides, the new MetroBus station 'Aguirre' is just one block away, connecting the area with the Palermo line D Metro station in just few minutes. Furthermore, the ‘Chacarita’ railway station is less than 5 blocks from the apartment. From there, the central railway station and bus 'Retiro' are just about 10 minutes away. In case you need to go to the airport, our trusted fleet of taxis will take you to 'Jorge Newbery' airport in about 15 minutes or to 'Ministro Pistarini' international airport in 40 minutes. Top Floor Boho Loft Near the Shops in Trendy Palermo

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

The building has a pool and sun deck on the 17th-floor roof terrace, and a gym and sauna on the 16th floor. 24 hour doorman/front desk in the lobby. In the heart of Palermo Hollywood on Humboldt St - great location - see reviews! I have a second similar apartment in the same building, if this one does not have your exact dates. Unusual, this builiding has bags storage!

Located in the historical Pasaje Santamarina, close to the heart of San Telmo, and reached through one flight of stairs, it has a living area with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one in an open mezzanine, with a desk), an entertainment center with an LCD TV (with Chromecast, no cable), a bathroom (with shower box, no tub), and a walk-in closet. Features Wi-fi connection and a central air conditioning system. Very quiet and light-filled. Easy access to Buenos Aires attractions.

Excellent Loft/studio in Palermo Soho. With a nice Patio & Barbecue and Work Space! Two bathrooms (one upstairs and the other one, downstairs), kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs. The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. A very safe area :) The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and very nice!!!! Welcome :)

The apartment has a LED TV, WiFi, refrigerator, hot/cold AC, equipped to enjoy a few days in Buenos Aires. PREVIOUSLY it had a double sofa bed, but for greater comfort we changed it for a conventional double bed
