It is rented as a whole house and is suitable for guests looking for peace, privacy and a stay in nature. You won't find the hustle and bustle of the city or the neighbouring houses - the place is ideal for a slow pace, relaxation and quiet. The cottage is located approximately 5 km from Litoměřice and offers the possibility of excursions around the Bohemian Uplands.

This unique place has a style all its own. You will stay on 75 square meters, in a lovingly renovated, state-of-the-art old building apartment in industrial style, with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, cozy bedrooms with smart TV and a noble living room with dining area. The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

The extensive adjacent meadow is a popular place for kiting fans in autumn and winter - whether with a tricycle or skis. In the summer you can swim in the nearby pond.
